    Is the content of the web site biased or balanced? 
 Does the author document the information presented?
 Is it easy to retrieve information on this web site? Are
 there grammatical or spelling errors on the site?

   Is the information new or current?  When was the web site last updated? Does the author give links to other web sites? Are links up-to-date and relevant?
